Warranty Terms:

Gloway guarantees the quality of materials and design for the full range solid state drives(SSD).If any defective proved by Gloway caused by the material and design, Gloway shall offer repairing and replacement. The repaired or replaced products shall perform exactly the same as new ones. (Replaced products might be repaired products or contain repaired material) The statement above does not apply to any damage resulted accident, natural disaster, misoperation, operating environment, man-made damage, or any damage resulted by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or any damage in a product proved by Gloway to be a non-genuine product.

Warranty Range:

1. Free-of-charge maintenance service: For those quality defects on product performance caused by product design or materials, and the appearance is not damaged.

2. Fee-based maintenance service: For any damage caused manually (damage of appearance), the user shall bear charges for maintenance

3. No maintenance:

Specifically serious conditions, and cannot be repaired.

Any unauthorized changes or repairing for the solid state drive (ssd)

The product unrecognizable to prove its authenticity or the one with completely damaged label.

Any product proved by Gloway to be a counterfeit instead of a genuine product.

Any other conditions

 



Warranty Information

1. The customer is responsible for returning equipment to maintenance shops appointed by Gloway, and pay for the shipping. Gloway has the right to choose the way of warranty (repair, replace, or way off), and pay for the shipping to send the equipment to the customer.

2. Rework the bad parts, the replaced parts, Gloway will not return them.

3. For rework equipment, Gloway will try to repair parts and return it in 10-12 working days (for consumer and commercial products) or 10-15 working days (for industrial and military product) since the reception. Note: In case there are exceptional circumstances extending the repairing time, further notice will be informed by manufacturers.

4. Any conditions cannot be repaired or replaced within warranty guarantee period, Gloway can keep the defective ssd at the market price when receiving the ssd.

5. Gloway found no fault as described, Gloway won’t do the follow-up to replace or repair process.

6. Please make data backup. In SSDs warranty process, if memory data is lost or destroyed, Gloway won’t bear any responsibility.
